Naturally merging fresh all-American & rustic European style dessert presentations, and baking love into every bite.


Granddaughter of Lolly Fassett, founder and creative force behind Big Sur’s world famous Nepenthe, Josie grew up in the family’s restaurant kitchen and has an innate understanding of the alchemic effects of correctly balancing flavors & textures and the fusion between good food and good feelings.


Her most joyous moments have been cooking for family and friends.
